General Shipping Information
All our orders are shipped via Hermes or DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Processing and Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.
However, delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance or public holidays.
Most of our products are shipped from Europe.
If a product is not available in our European warehouse, it will be shipped directly from Ukraine(typically takes 8-10 business days.)
All shipments are carefully packed and tracked for your convenience.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update your shipment status.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost by the courier services. If your package is lost, you must contact the courier service directly in your country to file a missing package claim. They will assist you in locating your shipment, as we have no visibility on your package after it leaves our warehouse.
